CABINET COLOCATION

Our 6th floor colocation room is adjacent to the Meet Me Area and has an anti-static coated slab floor with overhead cooling. One side of the 6th floor colocation room has 1/3 (14U) Private Chatsworth E-Series ISP cabinets w/key locks (model E1052-732) and full Chatsworth M-Series Megaframe cabinets w/key locks (model M1050-732) while the other side utilizes full APC NetShelter SX cabinets (model AR3100) with combination locks and APC metered PDUs. The cabinets are pre-wired with Ethernet back to a house patch panel for interconnection to the carrier or provider of your choice, and custom media (fiber, coax, etc.) can be requested.

Our 4th floor colocation room is a raised floor environment and has cabling extended to a house patch panel in the Meet Me Cage on the 6th floor for interconnection to the carrier or provider of your choice. This colocation room offers full APC NetShelter SX cabinets (model AR3100) with combination locks and APC metered PDUs.

PRIVATE CAGE SPACE

We have caged space on our 10th and 11th floors and are currently expanding on the 10th floor again for a total of 5000 square feet of cage space on that floor. We offer both standard and custom sized cages ranging from 120 - 1000 square feet. We deliver power based on customer specifications, and the 10th floor is pre-wired back to the Meet Me Cage with copper Ethernet, single-mode fiber, and multi-mode fiber.

PRIVATE DATA SUITES

We have Private Data Suites on our 7th and 9th floor that are currently available and space on other floors will be shelled as these existing spaces are leased. These spaces are essentially small private data centers (approximately 100 – 400 square feet in size) and offer more privacy and flexibility than cage spaces. Tenants build the spaces out to their specifications and maintain the space and the related infrastructure. We offer a "build credit" to offset a portion or all of these build costs and are here to assist and/or put you in touch with contractors and vendors that have worked closely with others to ensure the process is a smooth and successful as possible.

RAW / SHELL SPACE

For companies looking for spaces ranging from 400 - 7000 square feet, we have various options on different floors throughout the building. These spaces are raw or shelled out and are tenant finished to meet their specifications. The tenant will be able to take advantage of our modular power and cooling design to reduce their build out costs including optional access to our house UPS and generator services for back up power. Depending on the amount of space and terms of the lease, incentives may be offered to help with the build out capital expenditures.

ROOF RIGHTS

As one of the taller buidings in Kansas City and as the largest carrier neutral interconnection point in the region, we are pleased to offer licenses for antennas on either our 24th floor or 26th floor roof deck. There is a wireless equipment room on the 24th floor with conduit to the 26th floor, and house cabling (Ethernet, single mode, and multi-mode fiber) is in place and available between the equipment room and the 6th floor Meet Me Area for interconnection to carriers and providers. Please note that we are not accepting requests for additional 5.8 GHz installations.
